Program Levels
Your Symform Partner Program Level depends on which support plan you enroll in. As with our cloud backup, you can pay for your support plan with Bytes or Bucks.
Symform Authorized Partner: Symform Partners who enroll in our Business plan are authorized to resell the Symform service.
Symform Premier Partner: Symform Partners who enroll in our Premier plan receive additional benefits, such as prioritized technical support, 24/7 support for critical issues, and additional training.
